Every piece of fabric is checked prior to shipping to ensure the quality. Once the order is placed and the fabric is cut, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

Bundles, kits, patterns, and sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

All Pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled.

All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for exchange.

If there is an issue with one of the items that you purchased, please email with a description of the problem. We will do our best to correct the error. On the rare occasion that you may receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at with the details and your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
